Dom Dom Dom - Injector Pump bites the dust...

Well it happened... Injector pump died on me... all I have to say is my rig at least got me to my front door before it completly went kaput...

My pocket hurts right now... Cost $1935 with labor included...

sorry to here the news, well, now you can get a reman'd one that is brought up to spec's....did mine a coulpe months back and it performs nice w/ the pump-wire spliced..i like the reman'd because they hopefully "fixed" what was wrong....good luck

Yea, I got the re-mann... inspite of all the recomendations to go with new... I just absoultly can't afford it...

I priced and priced... the cheepest I could find was a reman for $1200... $360 labor + tax...

I feel so raped with not even a curtiosy kiss...

Replaced mine last night. Did it myself took about 3 hours. I bought a new standard output for $869 shipped to my door. Iwas told he would sell me the HO pump for the same price. My pump did not set any codes and was running fine but would surge if I turned my box on. New pump makes it feel like an extra 50 hp. Pm me if anyone wants to know where to get these pumps at that price. Tim

I had a Cummins dealer quote me 1400 for a re-man in Long Beach. Maybe I will try the dealer I usuall get a good break from him.
