k so I have read that the apps reset does and doesnt? and I need to reset my apps so I'm wondering if disconnecting the batteries turnin the key to the on position for a half hour or more then turn the key back to the off position then connecting the batteries back up and turning the key back to the on psition then slowly push the accelerator pedal down to the floor and releasing it back up slowly...... does it or doesnt it work?

 

Yes it does. And also check to make sure the voltage matches.

 

Would this reset your total km(or miles) on the truck, or would it just reset the trip? And im guessing it resets the radio but that's no biggy.

 

It resets the trip and clock I believe. My stations were still programmed.
