does any body have the same problem i do?

i would think a engine with 100K would have oil leaks as bad as mine. my rear main seal and some seal infront of the motor is leaking oil. The entire front of my engine is oily all the trans lines is covered with motor oil and the entire oil pan is leaking. This thing is like a Detroit...oil every where. heck i had a 5.0L ford f-150 before this truck and the rear main seal didnt start leaking till 180,000 and it barely leaked. mine drips perdy good, just woundering if any body has the same problem as me...just curious i know this is kinda a stupid question because every vehicle has different problems.

Hey bro check this. It may be your puck bottle that needs to be emptied or BOMB. https://www.dieseltruckresource.com/...d.php?t=182688 Let us know what you find.

Yeah, I'll bet that your breather/puke bottle is just full.

From: North Carolina or Kentucky. Take your pick
If it's not the crancase vent, you may have to clean engine and use engine oil leak dye to find. Dealer should have info on procedure.

Also check the valve cover gasket. That might be leaking, and the oil will run down the back of the engine. I also have the turbo oil drain leaking on mine, right where the steel tube and rubber joint in the block. Everything above that is dry, everything below it is sopping wet.

Good point Tate! I had a oil leak that I thought was the oil pan, turned out to be the valve cover gasket. Make sure to change the little bolt seals in the top of the cover also.

Check on the front of the engine on the drivers side. That is your problem, these vents blow alot of oil out if you run it hard.

yeah the stupid bottle was filled with water and oil...i cured that problem. i took the oem hose off the bottle, screwed in a 1/2" nipple and took a peice of 3/4" seal tite (flexible electrical conduit) and screwed it in to the nipple. took 2 hose clamps and tightened the hoses up. ran the peice down the front of the motor and zip tied it to the sway bar.

Cool, I'm glad that took care of your problem.
