i have a 99 ram 2500 with a ecm that has no 5 volt ref and no data stream and it will start and idle but no acceleration sent the ecm i to be rebuilt 2 times bothe times they found problems with it i have 12 volte on pin 48 and 50 with 49 being the ground i have no oil pressure Gage but i do have oil preasure
has any body ot any ideas
