Dealership refuses to honor warranty. Need advise.

The manager at the dealership refuses to give me any contact information about the regional manager or the owner. Anyone know how I can find this out?

What part of 5/100000 do you not understand? The warranty is not for 136,000 miles or over six years as you seem to think you have read into.

You are sadly misinformed. According to the wording in their own manual it IS covered.I had mine replaced and DID get money back from DC.

If your problem was documented before you went out of warranty and not repaired to your satisfaction. Then you might have a better chance with your claim. I had one customer that had every scheduled maintenance done and on record. His injection pump went out and he was several thousand miles out of warranty. Chrysler did cover his repair, which was several thousand dollars. Good Luck

I agree. The 5/100 engine warranty (with the deductible) isn't used until the basic warranty is expired. They do both start at the truck's in-service date. In some cases, Dodge may help after that period with some goodwill but I see no obligation just because their provisions aren't understood by the customer.
