I'm getting a dead pedal between 1000 and 2000 rpm, and boost is less than 2psi.
Above 2000 rpm, the boost comes up, and it accelerates normally.
It starts and idles fine.
It takes off from a stop in 2nd gear normally.
The dead pedal happens in gears 3-6.
It happens with my EZ Edge plugged in or unplugged.
Cycling the key 3 times gives me code P1693 (which is just a companion code).
The code scanner gives me P0238 (which is some kind of overboost code).
There's no stumbling or bucking. Just a loss of power.

Help?

 

It was the MAP sensor. I just unplugged it and drove around. It drove normally, so that was it.
