Dead pedal, codes and temp gauge isues

Hey guys, I have a 2002 Cummins 6-speed manual with edge Juice with Attitude, in a fast lift pump, and 100 horse power injectors, the last couple months it has started missing and jerking when pulling a hill. The last couple of weeks I have started to have a dead pedal, then I started missing really bad so I reset the apps by pulling the battery cables for 30 minutes, this did not make any difference so I tried resetting recalibrating the voltage on the apps this also made no difference. When it starts missing then I will get just dead pedal it was just stick at about 1700 rpms and when it does this my thermo guage goes erratic. I cleared all the codes and drove it about one quarter mile and here is a list of the codes that it pulled up. P 1693, p0118, p0238, p 0 563, p0343, 20577, p0113, 1475, and p0606.

P0118 - ECT (engine coolant temperature) sensor too high. Either your engine has been overheating, bad sensor, or computer issues.

P1693 - Companion code. Code detected in ECM or PCM

P0238 - MAP (manifold absolute pressure) sensor voltage too high. Problem with overboost/wastegate issue, sensor problem, or computer issue.

P0563 - Charging voltage too high. Alternator output too high or PCM is having issues.

P0343 - Not listed in service manual.

P0557 - Not listed in service manual.

P0113 - IAT (Intake Air Temp) sensor too high.

P1475 - Aux 5 Volt power too high

P0606 - ECM failure, internal fault detected in ECM.

Sounds too me like you are having some computer issues. Either with the PCM (mounted on passenger side firewall) or the ECM (mounted on the drivers side of the engine block under the fuel filter). If I were you I would look over all of the connections carefully going to both computers, look for loose wires and/or connections.

Anybody else have these issues and codes and find a solution? Same thing is happening with my 02 6 speed. My best guess at this point is that the voltage regulator portion of the PCM is bad.
