today I put a f/p gauge on the truck to see if I needed a l/p. It read 6lb. so I turned the truck off. Tryed to stsrt it to go get a lift pump and it would not start so I thought I mat have some air so I primed it. still no start so i went and got a lift pump put it on but still no start, I have much more fuel pressure with new pump How do I prime this thing I need help FAST please.

 

Loosen up line 3 and 4 at the head.
Then when you see fuel start to bubble out tighten back up.

It should start. 19mm or 3/4" will get it.

 

PourinDiesel If you wern`t so far away I`d give you a hug (just kiddin) It came to life. It took a little while but she`s alive and well. One more thing, will a new lift pump make her run better , it seems too maybe the l/p was starvin her??? Thank so much for the quick responce
