crossover method to get TDC?

Question crossover method to get TDC?

Ok, got new head on and just need to adjust valve lash. is the crossover method Accurate enough? Putting #6 at crossover to get the Top dead center of #1 and then putting #1 at crossover to get TDC of cylinder 6? any help please Im ready to drive my baby

Use the timing key slot on the end of the VP44 shaft.

on my 3rd gen, the factory balancer has a tdc mark, put it at 12:00 and make sure valves on #1 are loose
