Crank Position sensor can it be cleaned?

I stopped for lunch yesterday. When I started back up, the tach wouldn't move & the check engine light came on. The tach started after a couple of miles. I borrowed a sanner & pulled codes P0336 Crankshaft Position Sensor & P0234 Overboost condition. Parts stores can't get the CKP until Tuesday. I need to be on the road. Truck is stock & has 106000 on the odometer. Will cleaning the sensor fix the problem or do I have to replace? Will aftermarket work as well as OEM on this part? I'm trying to fix ASAP.
