Mine just went thru that same mess, I got a new ecm and a new lift pump, It did the same thing yours did....ran and mised then ran like nothing was wrong then went dead. You have a couple more codes than I did. Mine didn't throw the 0215 or the 0336.

i've got the same problum but my tach quites also before anything else happens it does'nt die though. bob

 

2 days of driving......no problems yet, and best of all the check engine light went out on its own....Thanks for all the help........CPS easy to change, just pull the starter...

 

What year truck? Yours sounds more like a cam sensor.
