just had my 47re rebuilt all is fine till it gets cold. under light throttle pressure the tc bounces in and out of lock up and when the temp outside is warm it never happens. its got me scratching my head. posible stuck valve, not broke in all the way yet, its got about 2k on it.

 

Sounds like its time to do an APPS re-set procedure. Also try grounding the APPS ground wire to the battery (both ECM and APPS ends). Enough searching should bring you the proper wiring diagrams and procedure.
