Codes and a bad pump

I have an 02 auto ,No mods other than K&N and straight pipe,
I have the following codes po0500 ,1757,1762,1693 ecu-0216.1693 I had the LP replaced a month ago by the dealer under warranty, It has 65k now and i have the 100k extended warranty, The local diesel performance shop said the IP was going south also , The dealer said the IP was ok by them and couldnt be replaced until it wouldnt run anymore? So the performance shop said i should put a Comp box on it and it would finish it off before my warranty goes out, Of coarse i would have to take off the wire plate and comp ,then have it towed in to the dealer, I know one of the codes is the ABS because i pulled the fuse ,for ad a fuse for gauges, My fuel pressure is 14 idle-11cruise-5wot , I dont even think the dealer replaced the LP just tested it ,cleaned it and reinstalled it, I am having the same problems as i did when i took it in ,The truck will not go until you drive a mile or so and blows white smoke , once it clears up after pumping the pedal several hundred times it does ok then every few miles i have to floor it to make it go the power drops off like a gasser with a clogged fuel filter , The filter is new and the gasket is good , any suggestions ?

DO NOT PUT THE COMP ON THERE IF YOU WANT THE IP REPLACED UNDER WARRANTY!!!!! The dealers have become wise as to your ways of hiding the wiring piercing. Just bide your time and let the IP kill itself.

Funny thing that the dealer won't want to replace the IP with code 0216 showing- injection pump timing failure. Tell them that your emissions are visibly worse than they should be- and ask them to sign a waiver that they will take responsibility for all emissions related fines you may get. Or ask at another dealer.
I second BB on the don't install any box notion!
Your fuel pressure is a tad low too. (with a box on you'd be able to suck it to 0 easily)

Jut my 2c

I agree with the last two posts. Some dealers service on diesels is terrible. I have come to find this out personally. Try other dealers.
