Basically you have a code that that can't be retrieved by the method you are using.
Most likely only can be seen with the official Dodge DRB Scantool which can talk to both the PCM and the ECM.
Or, you had a code at one time that cleared itself when the problem went away, but left behind the code saying there was a code.
