P1693 is a code that is directing you to check for fault codes in the other controller (ECM or JTEC)... P1693 logs in either controller if any code sets in the other (companion) module. P1693 (by itself) should not turn on the MIL.

P-0382 INTAKE AIR HEATER RELAY #2 CONTROL CIRCUIT
P-0460 FUEL LEVEL UNIT NO CHANGE OVER MILES
P-0461 FUEL LEVEL UNIT NO CHANGE OVER TIME
Looks like you have a few problems there. TPS problem, heater relay or wiring connections problem, fuel tank sending unit.
