cluster out abs issue

cluster out abs issue

been on this for as issues for about 5 months
abs light has been intermittently n and off for last year and a half then cluster went out truck runs fine gauges on edge screen all read fine
unplugged abs module all gauges run except speed, put in new module and cluster no change.
I did have frontend ball joints replacement
any help greatly appreciate it

Do it have 4 wheel ABS?
If so maybe the ABS lines where disturbed doing the ball joints.

It sounds like the sensors or the rings that pulse them....mine always comes on for a bit after a water crossing.....

You can do a dash op check on an 01,,,IIRC turn key off/on and press and hold odo button or something like that. Should light all warning lights, chime and walk/step gauges thru range..
