charging batteries

My 2001 cummins truck has sat for 3 weeks waiting for a repair. I would like to stick a trickle charger on the truck as I plan on doing it soon.

I seem to remember that there is a right and a wrong way to charge a dual battery system.

Is there a cutout between these batteries? Should I pull the battery clamps and remove the connections first?

thanks....gary

No cut out. Hook on either one and you will charge both.
