broken transfercase mount!?

Hi all,
I was under my truck today and i have a few questions, my hangar bearing seems really soft and flexible, is this right? It doesnt seem to have any looseness, just softish rubber...
Next thing is when i grabbed the front of the rear driveshaft to check for play i noticed i was lifting the transfer case up. I reckon there should be no play there but maybe a little wiggle room but not the ability to lift it up an inch!
Please lemme know what you think... any thoughts on cost/ difficulty to change. Thanks!!!

2002 ext cab LB $x$ (4x4) auto, 35's, MBRP exhaust.

Sounds normal to me. There is a bushing on the trans case mount and you can move it. Same for the carrier bearing- these bushings prevent drivetrain noise from transferring to the frame, and into the cab.

Sounds like the bolts holding the transfer case to the transmission have loosened off, my truck was like that when I first bought it, a bad vibration from the rear drive shaft caused this.
