my truck has new brakes all the way around, when the truck warms up the abs and e-brake light come on, when i come to a stop the whole truck shakes and it seems like the shaking is coming from the back and it only does it sometimes and only when the lights abs and e-brake are on, it is not warped rotors cause i got them turned and they were straight to begin with, any ideas

 

Are both red and amber brake warning lights on?
And a electric brake controller is hooked up ?
Is the gooseneck also hooked up ?
Have codes read.

 

Yes both lights are on, no codes, i do have a brake controller on the truck and it is worse when a trailer is hooked up but still does it without a trailer

 

Sounds like your ABS controller is messed up.
I'd take it in where someone can read the codes to be sure.
