The right rear brake on my '01 CTD wants to drag. I can hear it squeak when I start out, and if I wash it just after a drive, water will steam off that brake. What's the problem here? Any input is appreciated.

 

The 1st to look at would be the cable for parking brake, next is weather or not its got drum or disk, with that I would guess that its disk , and that could be a sezed up caliper.
