Boost leak found
And in a most obvious place...........
That is, if you know where all the pipe plugs are in the intake.
Right behind the fuel filter is a 1" pipe plug.
This has never been out to the best of my knowledge.
So, what are the odds of a factory installed pipe plug falling out?
Boost leak fixed.
Just in time to go north and see how much fuel money I can save.
How much air do these turbo's move?
This thing was able to push 8# of boost with a 1-1/4" hole in the intake.
My next question is, how many plugs are there in these intakes?
Anybody else ever have one just fall out?

Wow! That is amazing. The plug must have never been more than finger tight. It should certainly run better, cooler and quieter! My truck is a 5 speed so I just have used a boost elbow. Good Luck
