BioDiesel and VP44

Has anyone have any issues using B20 BioDiesel and VP44 injector pumps.

I killed my vp with fuel starvation while running #2. I kept it alive (I believe) with b100 for about a year and a half. I had p0216 the whole time..

Are you just using it in the stock tank, with no other mods?
