Banks Ottomind and electrical problems

I'm having electrical problems that peoplehave complained about with the 99's. I randomly lose my turbo and it will throw the MAP sensor code with a brand new map sensor. I was wondering how we can track down the source of the problems. Also, I have a Banks Stinger Puls kit that was installed before I bought it. My brother in law is a diesel mechanic but doesn't typically work on the Dodges in their fleet. He says that the excess wiring from the kit is making it a nightmare to track things down. I'm trying to get as much info or help as possible because I can't afford to take this thing back to the shop that did it all because they charge an arm and a leg. Any suggestions or resources?

I'm almost thinking about pulling the Ottomind from the truck at this point. One other question, is the Ottomind a fueling and timing box? I was thinking of pulling it and gettign a Smart instead.
