Ok so, everything started when I installed TST PM3.

I hit 42psi when I tried level 9 and the first rubber hose after turbo blowed off, well, I put that back and drived about 1½month suggested levels 0-4 and one day I noticed that I have like a vacuum cleaner under my hood and started pushing it and it only could do 15psi,it usually hits 28-32psi with levels 0-4 wich I use only.

I noticed that the same hose was loose again, but partly only this time, because it still raises boost. I attached it again and everything was fine once again.

But now, it only hits 10psi barely and I CANT find the leak anywhere! Could it still be the hoses or did I really broke my intercooler?

How can I find it out?

 

I would hook up LOW air pressure (no more than 20 PSI) to the system and listen for leaks under the hood. Maybe be time to replace the inner cooler boots.

I doubt your inner cooler broke.

 

Look very carefully at the intercooler boot on the passenger side as it tend to rub on the fender and get a hole it it. Also check all boots very carefully as they can be cocked and allow a leak but still looked clamped well. Another spot for problems is the intake manifold and grid heater gasket, check them to ensure that they are OK. If no luck there it could the the intercooler.....

Make sure nothing got sucked in when you blew the boot the first time, like a rag or plastic bag, small bird, etc.

 

I found the leak, It was the first boot after turbo but this time it was the intercooler side, I made my own boost leak tester, two 80mm pipes with plugs and the other has piece of fuel line in the end where I pushed air there. Easy way to check it.

I attached it again but I think that stock hose is just too soft, I'm getting new hoses from http://www.haisleymachine.com/

Man I feel great because it was the boot and not the intercooler.
