well i hav had a clicking while driving and finally tracked it down to the u joint on the passenger side steering knuckle. napa wanted $55 and that was a shocker. anybody know where else to get a quality one and not spend an arm and a leg?

There is no 'something for nothing' when it comes to outer U joints. There's a lot of meat there with a lot of casting and machining.
Do a search for,
Dana 60 axle u joint 1480
If you want super heavy duty, you can find a lot more options including CTM's and OX bushing type (no needle bearings) u joints.
