Will an automatic from a 94 bolt up to a 99?

Yes it will bolt up, BUT - the '94 47RH has a mechanical governor - the '96-up has electric governor, controlled by the ECM - prolly cause a bunch of ECM DTC's - if you're installing in a manual truck, the RH would be easiest swapout - if you want ECM to control TCC and shifting pressures to match engine output, then go for the RE, add the corresponding ECM and harnesses
