apps or rwss ????

I have been doing searches, but cant find my symptoms anywhere.

When I come to a stop, or a slow roll below 10km/h, with the brakes applied, or even just the electric trailer brake controller activated (no trailer), the speedometer rises up to around 20km/h and the odomter starts counting, and the idle increases abought 100 to 200 rpm.

Also when I go to take off, the truck wants to stall, whereas before it was like there was an electronic governor that woukd increase the fuel, as I let out the clutch to prevent it from stalling. Now I have to give it fuel when starting in second.

Is this controlled with vacum, or electronically??

I am showing good fuel pressures, and I have just replaced and relocated the lp.

I have recently replaced the rear wheel speed sensor (rwss) on the diff, and just did both front abs hub bearings, rotors and calipers.

There is no trouble light on the dash, could there be a code without a trouble light??

Considering the apps reset procedure, not sure if its related?

lots of questions, sorry
Any thoughts???

Thanks very much, again..

yes there can be codes without a check engine light. I would have the truck scanned for codes.
