My 01.5 has a dead peddal some times it seems like its shifting is off, I took it to the steeler and they said no codes and good pressure, the throttle cable was shot (out of adjustments) so they replaced that and its still not shifting just right and the dead peddle is still there. its not 100% dead though it just stopps at about 1400 RPMs then it will shift after abit and all is normal, if I play with the peddal or shift it from d to 2 then back it normal.

You say good pressure from LP. Filter recentlly changed??? Very difficult to figure as not driving myself. Does the engine just flatten out or are you just hitting the rpm limit for your throttle opening??? Do you think the tranny is holding back, or could it be missing the 1 - 2 upshift and going to third eventually???

I would say try the APPS before the VP44, much cheaper that way. Member timbo01 sells an aftermarket unit that works well and is considerably cheaper than the factory unit. It's worth a shot.

thats what I was thinking, and I dove a KW once that had the same kind of performance issues and thats what they replaced and that was my first guess when this all started. I took it to Dodge and they dont have any codes so they were useless but they tested my lift pump. It only cost $500!SWEET
I did the re set on the apps and test drove it and so far so good I'll see what tomarrow brings. the FF has about 3k on it, I have a new one I might put in just to see. running PS in each tank, going to adjust/check the bands as soon as I get to sears for the tq wrench.
maybe it needs a juice w/ attitude,mach 6s, twins, ATS trans and tc and a p7100 conversion?
