APPS Adjusted. Now check engine light is on?!
So after following adjustment artical my check engine light is on and the trucks wants to idle around 1000 rpm.
My origional measurement of the noted APPS wire on the PCM read 0.240 VDC.
I thought this was unusually low considering the APPS label read it should be at 0.503 VDC.
So i made the adjustment. Throttle respone is in fact MUCH better and turbo pressure seems to be better as well.
So if i have the correct voltage, why is the computer complaining?

I'm kinda new to this, but try the resetting of the throttle position sensor also(posted here on forums), involves unhooking neg battery cables, with ignition on, waiting thirty minutes minimum, turn ignition off, reconect batteries, turn ignition to on(NOT starting), slowly depress throttle peddle to the floor, then slowly let it return to rest, turn ignition off , then start vehicle and procede as normal, maybe this would help? Post and let me know if it does. Hope this helps, if you haven't already figured it out.
