here is my story...
installed puck a few months back... pulled my trailer to SEMO & back a short time after install... after unhooking the trailer at storage I goosed a little & it started de-fueling around 1200 RPM (or, so I thought)... got to a stoplight & all seemed fine... now, i think i have the dreaded dead pedal... this weekend I did the APPS reset & changed the fuel filter without any change... every third or fourth time I accelerate I have a dead pedal... pulled the codes with the key trick & have 0522 & 1488
any other suggestions? should i unhook the puck? or start saving for new VP?
TIA

P0522
Oil Pressure Voltage Too Low
P1488
Aux. 5 Volt Output Too Low
I'd check grounds and all connections to the puck and cables for chafing. I have no idea how a puck could throw those codes but...
Good luck.

yeah, i had found the 0522... i think it is because i parked on a steep incline & when i started the engine it took longer than normal to bring the pressure up... the 1488 i couldn't find... i forgot to mention that my fuel pressure has been holding steady at 15 psi & WOT only pulls down to 11-12 psi... i'm out of town now, but i think i'll try disconnecting the puck when i get back... i did notice that the one connection with the puck doesn't seem to be sliding into the connector to well
