I've got a 98 dodge 24 Valve and the alternator isn't charging. My alternator is brand new and it tested good. I also got 2 brand new batteries which is also good. I went through all terminals And grounds and even the starter connections s I don't know anymore. My question is how do you test the field terminals on the alternator and the voltage to the PCM and all that ? Any help please
