Perhaps you misunderstood. It's "punch" the wire, and it is tapping an Edge Comp or TST PowerMax into the fuel solenoid wire coming out of the VP44 pump. The only wire I have ever heard of cutting is for the speed sensor so you can go over 100-something MPH without the engine defueling.<br><br>Chris
