Looking at buying an ATS trans and my brother wants my valve body from my old trans(96 12v) as it has the ATS valve body kit. Will it work in his 24v 99. Then another friend would like to use the 47re in a 95. Is that possible? Thanks in advance for all the great advice I know will be posted

 

My gray hair was getting worse from waiting for reply so I called ATS about the valve body it will work in a 99. But my other problems go unresolved. Anyone??

 

95 was the last year for the "RH" trannys.

 

You can swap the 94-95 VB's, and you can swap the 96-2002 VB's, you could actually use a 2006 VB. The only issue is a 96-98 12 valve valve body might shift a bit soon for the 24 valve engine, a spring swap will remedy that issue.
