94 nv4500

i found a nv4500 in my area thats from a 94 12 valve will that bolt up to my 24 valve

yes it will while its out i would check and make sure that the 5th gear nut issue has been fixed

It will be fine. Swap the top covers while they are both out, though. The older ones are sloppier, and you can't install a short shift in the old ones, and the shift boots are different.
