4x4

which selection should be my 4x4 selector in for all the normal driving? Right now its in 4L and I don't think I need 4wd in summer.

You should keep it in "N" for your Normal driveing

You should never drive on the street in 4x4. It will break stuff. You need to have slip so the differential action of the front and rear don't bind up and break something.
2H for daily driving. Putting it in neutral is the same as putting trans in N.

I have to believe this is just a goof because no one could run around at highway speeds in 4L and not know something is wrong.

So Silver R/T is your truck an 01 or 02?

Anyone ever installed any type of a shift kit on their auto diesel truck? I was wondering if I should get one for my 01 auto. Im particularly looking at TransGo shift kits, ive already got one..
