I have a 2002 Dodge ram 2500 st 4x4. I went out the other day to get in it and the odometer will flash 4 times and say no bus and none of the gauges work but the check engine light, abs, brake, and all other lights come on. It will start and run fine down the road but you have no gauges if u hold back on the brights switch they will work or if you have the lights on and then flip the brights on they will work. I have cleaned all plugs and put ele. grease in them and it still does not work. I have tried a new cluster and turn signal switch and still did nothing. If anyone could please give me some ideas thanks.

 

My 01 did that and I pulled the insturment cluster out, I believe that the two connectors that plug into it don't push in all the way and work their way out. Put dash back in and made sure to push the connectors in all the way and it worked.
