24vTurbo

so i have a 02' cummins extended cab short bed. all stock except for a edge performance chip and a 4" straight pipe to a 5" tip. so i have a problem with my truck. When i crank it up, there is a whistle, its loud and it sounds like something is rubbing against something, but it gets worse when i touch the gas, does anyone have any idea what could be wrong? I'm new here so if you need more information just ask!

You might pull your intake hose off the turbo and check for play in the turbo.

Could be a boost leak as well, they can be pretty loud.
