2001 Dodge Diesel 2500 not Charging
The other day my truck check engine lite came on, noticed the tach gauge not showing a charge and this morning my battery's were dead, would not crank. I stopped by a garage yesterday and they checked my output from battery, it registered 11.10. How do I tell if its the PCM or my alternator, fuses look ok
2nd issue is my gas pedal is slow, at a stop the truck is sluggish to take off, so I'm desaling with a couple issues.
In this area where i live there are a number of garages but no one wants to deal with a Diesel truck.......

Take the alternator off and have it bench tested. If its producing voltage then its not the alternator. And you obviously know that the PCM is the regulator too, so check the lead wire from the alternator to the PCM.
