2001 3500 rear axle hub nut dimension

I am changing the brakes on my 01 3500. Does anyone know what the size of the nut is on the rear axle hub. I tried a 2.5" socket and had no luck. if anyone know the help would be appreciated.
Thanks

I have that socket in my tool box. I'll check it when I head down to the garage later today and post.
