Your opinion not burning fuel cold?

Question; I noticed that when my stock 1989 is cold looking at the center of the exhaust manifold and where it attaches to the turbo it is wet like the fuel is not burning all the way ... and by the turbo area I can see slight bubbles around the wet area. Now when the truck is working everything is burned off clean. Also the truck runs fine ... could this be the start of a bad injector or something??

I was also thinking of giving the old dog some more power what would you suggest first?

I drive the old 89 more than the 03 kind of like the old one it just keeps on trucking at 180K still the same oil pressure as new and always starts on the first crank

Thanks guys and girls

Make sure all the injector nuts are tight and that the banjo bolts on the return line aren't loose. Be careful with the banjo bolts, they're fragile.
