WMO in 24V 1st Geners opinions

I am looking at a 2001 24v and was wandering how WMO would work. My
1st gen now i dumb about 3 gallons a fill up with no problems. I was wandering what 1st gener's opinions was that has experence with a 24V is they sound a little scarry the V44 pumps.

I ran it in my 01.5 with no trouble. I never put three gallons in it. I think the most I used was 1 gallon. VP ran for 179000 miles before it went with the last 100000 or so on a comp box and 100 horse sticks.

If it's very clean I don't see an issue. The VP should like 90/10 blend really. After all, Lubricity is the only real down-fall to the VP.

What sort of filtering/prep do you guys do beforehand ?

I was thinking of burning WMO in my '91. Just personal oil change leftovers, and more to save a trip to the recycler than anything else

I just strain it over a magnet and through an old t-shirt then dump it in the tank. I also added a 2 micron fuel filter between the stock filter and the IP.

I run 50/50 often without any problems. I run WMO through a screen first and have a added 2 micron filter on the truck.
