Wiring Harness Tape ?
For areas with super high abrasion problems rubber fuel line can really take a beating. Not much for looks of course and works best only if you can feed wires through like a conduit.
I have used about every kind of hose there is, at one time or another, as a protective conduit for wires.
When looks are unimportant, and I have considerable length to deal with, I will split the hose, to facilitate getting the wires inside, then ziptie it together in several places.

I normally use the split loom stuff but I don't use the "fittings" that come with it. Instead I normally tie everything together using Scotch brand electrical tape followed by the 1960's GM wiring harness method of coating it with either clear or black Rustoleum paint that glues and waterproofs the exterior together forever.
