Whose truck is this(video)

Saw this video, and was wondering if it was someone on this sites truck. If So what are tranny mods, and im guessing stock turbo? I sure wish mine would spool that fast. It takes mine probably 2 or 3 times that long to spool, and it smokes about as much, and i have a stock turbo with a 16cm housing. Mine might have spooled that fast with a stock converter, and maybe thats what he has, but i figured he probably has a better converter?

You can look him up on nwbombers.com and nwdiesels.com also. He is around there pretty much every day.

The Pacific NW has a couple NIIIICE first gens.
