I thought all the old mopars had a metal tag affixed underhood that ID'd all the options and paint colors???
I can't find one on either of my 91's. I want the paint INTERIOR code. the blue one has Charcoal interior and the brown one has tan interior. I also WANT the paint code for the 92-93 tan that was much diffferent from my 91. I'm told they called it 'Spice' ??? any help appreciated. thanx, crossy

YEHAW, i got my gauges (EGT & boost)and pod from Geno's today and maybe install within a month. then the grinding begins.

 

there is one in the grill where the wipers are on the passengers side under the grill before the wiper

 

The later models have a sticker under the hood on the drivers side of the latch with all the codes on it and a metal tag under the cowl near the passenger side wiper arm. Usually the third row of codes, Primary color starts with Pxx, secondary color starts with Qxx. Hope this helps.

 

yeah, the paper stickers not there anymore, but they don't have interior codes anyway.

the only paint code in my chip book for a 1991 pickup is a CS8 code and that does not show up in the metal tag anywhere, but then again neither did any of the paint codes i took the paint store for the EXTERIOR paint on my brown truck. they were able to cross reference the factory paint codes to a newer code.
problem is i just don't know which code on the metal tag really is the interior code. thanx again , crossy
