Look under the dash, directly under the steering column. It is supposed to snap into the panel on the lower portion of the dash that has 4 screws.

The fuses are in that thing that is usually hanging by a bunch of wires right over the brake-pedal, unless some previous owner has took a grass-string and tied it to the column to get it up out of the way.

Lay in the floor and look up under the dash, immediately under the column and toward the seat; the fuse-block should be somehow tied up there.

Sooner or later it will find you when it comes banging down and hits you in the leg.

Those are about the shoddiest excuse for a fuse-block that I have ever seen.

It is on my list of projects to completely replace and relocate the fuse-blocks on all of our Dodges.
