Where to find front locking hub parts

I need a part for my front manual locking hub (OEM). Its a little plastic cup with a ramp on it that engages the hub when you twist the lever. It is the piece that the lever screws into. It has stripped out and will no longer allow the hub to engage.
I try to avoid dealerships so I thought one of you might know a source for this part. thanks in advance.

Wow, I was just getting ready to post something similar.. I actually need the little plastic bushing that goes on the back of the lockout assembly (holds the axle in place.

I have been looking ALL OVER for parts, but I have had no luck.

Dodge no longer carries the lockouts, aftermarket shops sell complete assemblies only ( $184 for a set best I have found so far). I even emailed WARN, and they said they do not sell piece parts, buy a new set..

Used market wants $$ too, I sent out a line to the junkyards, and they want $125 for one side.. Better off buying a new set. They usually sell with the axles, so noone wants to get rid of em seperately

Anyway, thats where Im at so far.. Maybe someone has a broken one we can "part out" heh..

correction

i believe selectro (warn) part#11034, is still sold by four west, 800-854-9378 my receipt from 3/03 was for $120. for a pair, this is the hub with a twist **** that visibly bolts on, if you have a internal twist type, it will be supplied by the same mfr, different part number, let me know if yours are different.

120 isn't so bad... Still frustrating when all you need is a little plastic piece.. Mine woould probbibly be like$1.00. The one APD Needs would be like 8-10$

WHen you say **** type, does yours look like these?

Go to the junkyard and get some f250 dana 50 hubs ( internal spline) they are the same as the dana 60 hubs. unless you have the bolt on external hubs then your stuck.

FWIW, I went to NAPA today just to check and see if they can get internal hub parts, they cannot. BUT, a pair of new warn hubs was only $83 for the basic model. There was also a premium model for $175 or so. $83 didnt seem all that bad of a price.

I needed a new spacer washer and retaining ring and bushing for my W350. Warn no longer supplies those parts. They said I should buy new hubs. I have a small engine lathe so, I made a new bushing of oillite and modified the hub's internals to match and I "ironed" the retainig ring with a hammer and reinstalled. That was a year and a half ago and it still works. Next time I will need to replace the hubs.

I just went and checked, my napa quoted the same price, but when I got down there, the had the wrong hubs. Looks like they are for a Dana 44, way to small for Dana 60.

The set for the 30spline D60 is Warn PN 11690 and lists at $199. The smaller unit napa lists is 9790, 19 spline ( I assume they put these under the gassers, because most parts manuals list 2 axles for the W250)
