This is the ONLY site I am active on.
DTR is awesome.
I don't have a cell phone, TV, do Facebook, ETC, but I do visit here almost everyday.
It is a great info. resource for my old Dodges I try to keep on the road and I have met some really cool people on here.
Lary and the rest of the moderator crew does a great job.

I am sad to see some of the old posts using photoshop[???] have lost there pictures, but that is no fault of DTR.

This is my favorite 1st gen forum and while I visit the site at least once a day, I do not post very often. Most of the time I spend on this forum is focused on reading old posts related to the modifications/upgrades I plan to do to my truck.
I would hope that the lack of activity is due to the time of year. Most folks, myself included, are busy pursuing outdoor activities while the weather permits. Like boating!!

It has twin 350 Chevys, I wish it was Cummins powered.
Actually I used to own a boat with a VT1710 V12 Cummins.

I have mostly been busy. I haven't made much progress with my project so I don't have a lot to post. I also kind of quit posting project/build stuff when i reached my photo limit. A picture is worth a thousand words. For some reason posting pics from a 3rd party hosting site is a real PITA for me. I'm not great with computers.

When I first got into this several years ago I decided to use this site over the other sites exactly because there was/is a very limited amount of BS and flaming. There were many times I wanted to tell Jfonder and several others to take their angry, opinionated responses to CumminsForum or Pirate4x4 where that is apparently acceptable. One of the reasons I stayed away from the aforementioned sites was that, while there can be some good information on them, I don't have time to read through 4 pages of flaming and put-downs to find one useful post.

I'll admit that I don't always have the most useful posts but I do try to keep things up-beat and to thank people for posting good information.

I would like to thank the mods for running a tight ship and being fair with people. In most other forums the mods only step in when they think someone is trying to sell product and not paying to be a sponsor.

I'll actually be in your neck of the woods next week, and will be needing a place to stay for a couple days. What do you think, FB? Make sure your fridge is stocked, by the way.

How are your neighbors ? Barney and Betty still doing okay with Bam Bam ? Last time we spoke, he was getting into some trouble with the local kids, putting them in the hospital.

I'm sure you helped them sort all that stuff out....

I like tea, hardly touch a beer, and into all things brass, powder, and primer related. I'll be over, LOL!
