Try napa? or other parts store?
Or may be try a hard ware store and you could maybe adapt one.

I broke the same thing last sunday when the trans fell off the jack. Oops... anyways i went to napa, shucks, orielies. I went every where and noone had it. So i just bought a barbed 1/4" npt fitting and a foot of transmission hose. I cut the end off the pipe stuck the hose on and away i went,

This place has them alot cheaper, your looking for a 1/2" inverted flare to 1/4 NPT.

You want to be careful with certain fittings. Some have a taper at the hex end, so if the fitting gets tightened to that point it can crack the case. Common on the return line side. That fitting you have shown above does not have the taper, some do.
