wheel issues

ok so taday was a good day i got a set of alcoas from my dads friends 2nd gen. i sold the truck for him and he said if i sold it ic ould have the wheels if i swapped him my steelies. well the 2 rears went on without a hitch but the problem is my two steelies wont clear his caliper in the front. remeber his truck is 4x4 and mines 2x4 idk if that makes a difference. but the question i have is will 97 and earlier ford 4x4 wheels clear his caliper> i need those two wheels asap cause the truck leaves thursday. or what wheels that i can get from a junkyard for cheap will fit so that the buyer doesnt have issues and neither do i.

The only thing that is going to fit and not look goofy is another set of wheels off a second gen. truck.

The offset is way different than those on a 1st Gen.

Have you tried the 2nd Gen. wheels on your truck yet ??

If it were me, I would grab the spare and run down to the local salvege yard and find a matching set.
