Whats an xtended cab long beds wheel base?

I just bought a 1992 3/4 ton, extended cab 2wd truck. It is an 1100 mile drive to get it, I just want to make sure it will fit on my trailor. Also whats the approximate weight of the truck? Thanks.

after re-reading, i think i sounded like a jerk in my post. sorry, wasn't my intent. should have read more like, have you thought of flying out and... anyway. are you using a flatbed trailer? reason i ask is that i have a 16ft dual axle trailer with the little 14" walls and was thinking of picking a truck up with it, but after some careful measuring it wouldn't have fit. make sure your trailer is good for the width as well as the length.

No offense taken. The trailor in question is a dual axle car hauler with no rails plus brakes. Ive had the truck in my sig on this trailor. I just started this thread because Im being overly careful. I'll be towing with my 05 Cummins crew cab, 4wd, 3/4 ton. Thanks for the help!

Well the truck fit just perfect and my '05 averaged about 16 MPG on the way home with the truck on the trailer.

Sounds like you've got a good running 3rd gen. I know guys who would like to do that well with just an empty truck.

I was real suprised myself. It got between 15.6-16.4, towed like an animal the EGT's didnt get over 1200 on any hill, and the boosted peaked at about 38lbs.
